Lifecycle Exercise Bikes
Odenton Fitness has two strength lines to tone and strengthen your muscles: LifeFitness and HammerStrength. The selectorized strength line (pin loaded, i.e., you select the weight by simply moving the pin). This strength line is smooth and easy. It provides appropriate weights that would be appropriate for someone in their 80s and, at the same time, competitive athletes.
The club also provides plate-loaded equipment of Hammer Strength, which involves loading weighted plates on the machine. This provides both the ease of pin loaded strength equipment with the benefits of free weights. Odenton Fitness also has a full assortement of state-of-the-art free weights a full assortment of olympic plates, bars, dumbbells and fixed barbells.
From Zumba class to cardio-kickboxing, Odenton Fitness offers a variety of classes and programs including 5 zumba classes a week, cardio kickboxing, pilates, studio cycling, as well as toning classes, and let’s not forget our amazing boxing for fitness classes!
