Training Specialties

Na’eem teaches the basic fundamentals of boxing, TRX suspension strap training, athletic sports conditioning, plyometric training, and strength and conditioning. He is currently teaching the Thursday boxing for fitness and the boxing 101 classes. Na’eem will also be heading up a summer conditioning program for high school athletes. Individual and small group sessions are available. Na’eem’s passion for fitness along with a phenomenal work ethic will take his clients to the next level.
