Jim teaches various group exercise classes and provides personal training to individuals of all ages. He also teaches cardio, strength, and interval group classes incorporating exercises for the abdominal muscles and the core. With a strong dedication to total body fitness, Jim has the ability to assist and motivate his clients to achieve realistic fitness goals over a short period of time. He integrates basic nutritional guidelines that supplement the cardiovascular and strength components of his program. Workout programs are customized for each client to ensure noticeable and measurable results.
