Look better, feel better and be better!
Boot camp is the best way to wake up in the morning and the way to a healthy, confident and strong body! Yes, it definitely is. I never thought that at 52 years old I would be on a treadmill, carrying 20 pounds, walking up a hill at 4mph and then jogging with that weight! Or that doing 100 lunges would ever be considered a good time. Who knew that I could learn how to punch and kick a heavy bag or have the endurance to run 3 miles in under 30 minutes? I would have laughed if you asked me to do 20 push-ups, when I started I could barely do 5. Don’t be intimidated by boot camp. It is just what you need to get on the path of better health. Come join us. You will be glad you did! – Angela B.
I have been attending boot camp for 3 years. Each session has challenged me and enabled me to grow closer to my fitness goals. With boot camp, I was able to get to my goal weight, after having two kids and encourage my family to begin to work out as well. They began to see the great results that I achieved and they wanted to do the same. Bootcamp has given me a love for fitness and the drive to take my fitness to another level. I have begun running which is something I never thought I would be able to do.
I am very grateful that my husband introduced me to bootcamp and I look forward to the sessions to come. -Crystal H.
