The boxing classes at Odenton Fitness are primarily comprised of white-collar women and men that want to get in shape and release stress from their demanding jobs. Our Boxing Basics class is offered 4 days a week and has a 7:3 ratio of women to men. Boxing, next to swimming, is the best all-in-one workout…I mean, have you ever seen an overweight boxer? And, who doesn’t like hitting things?!?!
